All Work was done by me.
I worked with a boutique executive recruiting agency to build their brand from the ground up, developing their company name, logo design, color palette, font selection, and core messaging based on their creative brief. Their branding needed to be bold, clean, and lean masculine, appealing to their primary audience—military veterans transitioning into the civilian and corporate world—while also resonating with their secondary market in biotech recruiting.
The name "Redeployment" was a strategic choice, drawing from military terminology to reflect the firm’s mission. In the military, "deployment" refers to positioning troops or resources for action, while "redeployment" signifies a reassignment to a new role or location. This concept became the foundation of the brand, symbolizing the transition from military service to a successful civilian career. Once the name was established, this theme informed every aspect of the branding, from the logo design—which needed to be strong and purposeful—to the color palette and typography, reinforcing a sense of structure, professionalism, and confidence.
“Absolutely phenomenal.
I get compliments regularly on my logo. It’s simple, to the point, and tells a story. Even the name of my business came from the creative process that Kat was the leader on. She’s the best!”
